heading for cherrygrove city the group encounter a phanpy a ground type which is running away from some ariados so zaori uses cynadaquil to beat the ariados and find out the ariados is protecting its spinarak and that the phanpy accidently took its food. zaori catches the phanpy adding it to her team.
