matthew 1 18-24
this is the story of how jesus was born and how joseph was unsure if he wanted to be the father due to the holy spirit being involveed and how the angel came in a dream saying about the coming jesus although it is often called emanuel until his birth which is hard to understand. this is not the birth story though that is told at christmas time. the lesson is the lord already has a plan and you must believe.
