arceus tells delia that ash was only sent to the human world as a temporary thing and that is really a pokemon and saving the world was part of a plan now he is doing it in his home world and explains similar to the other parents. the pokemon are given the full info including ash and it is explained that they will stay there to save things and are asked for recomondations on people who could help as pokemon.
