a while ago ash had a close friend named lillie (no connection to the aloan protagonist) who had promised to go on their journey before passing due to a heart attack it seemed. ash never mentioned her to anyone because it was shocking but he knew more about it then anyone almost did he had secretly promised her that her little sister who was quite unwell early on if she could make it to be a trainer hed travel with her the sister named liash (a combo of their names as lilash a combo of thier names) which was her idea now the day has come for her journey and ash returns to pallet to start her journey. liash is quite shy and is quite weak and has a secret power and form more on that as the story goes on.
