“cinibar mansion”
on arrival on cinibar island lilash registers for her 7th gym battle and decides to visit the cinibar mansion which is sort of abanoned and a lot of pokemon are in there but then team rocket attack being paid to get the pokemon out of the mansion but lilash and ash stop them with something activating in both of them after calming the pokemon down a voice tells them there is more to them then they realise.
