jerris cooking instructions annoy some of the tribe although it seems that some reasons aren’t her fault. as tina and keith bond with rodger and elizabeth making jerri worried but elizabeth targeting jerri isn’t a good game move. jerri wins th eboomerang throwing reward and takes amber on the reward but keith wins the box immunity challenge (as in the game boxes). alicia is voted out 5-4 over jerri on tribal lines.

alicia is another dislikeable person for the actions with kimmi earlier she is hte first juror and returns for season 8.

next time a move that makes jerri a hero and colby a villian.

the woman and men are seperated for the night to sort out the merge with jerri trying to keep quiet and annoyance at the woman for the men cooking the chicken they merge to a new camp and call themselves baramundi with varner and keith most vulernable for a tie which is likely. the standing on a perch immuntiy is won by keith meaning unless kucha target jerri varner is going home but they tarrget colby big mistake as varner is eliminated on the tie breaker after a 5-5 4-4 tie.

i have always found varner a mixed character in his 3 pre jury exits he returns ofr season 31 and 34 this season not likeable at all much but feel for his eliminatio.

next time some turn on jerri and they consider colby a hero (he is not0>

ogakor are still feeling down and keith and jerri are going at it while the blindfolded reward for a picnic is won by kucha by seconds despite jerris best efforts. it seems that kucha will merge with the numbers until skupin literally falls in the fire before the challenge and is medivaced so we are even 5-5 and the 10 will make the merge.

skupin is controversal these days but his medivac was a big game changing moment he returns for season 25.

should if a medivac happens the previoous boot reenters the game probably not.

ogakor is feeling down as a tribe and know they need to win two challenges just to even it up before the merge and colby lying to jerri sint helping. while kucha continue to bully kimmi over her vergertarianism which isn’t fair even if you disagree with tt with alicia waving her finger at her probably because of varners actions behind the scenes. the reward challenge for comfort is won by kucha getting people on stretchers but ogakor win the immuntiy challenge in a upset of a maze. kimmi is voted out 6-1 over varner (who doesn’t know about her vote unusally).

kimmi i have a lot of sympthay for and was this seasons victim of bulllies which doesn’t often happen she returns for season 31.

keith and tina plan a rebellion agianst jerri. kucha win chickens at the reward challenge which is just a puzzle and skupin finds a pig and hunts it. kucha wins the immunity trivia contest giving them a 7-5 numbers advangage. on the way to tribal the minortiy flip colby forcing a tie to target mitchell tieing with keith 3-3 and 2-2 but past votes is the tie breaker sending mitchell hoeme from keiths earlier vote unfair.

mitchell was the first super fan but not much memorable and got too hungry to be strong.

the tie breaker isn’t that fair and glad they got rid of it.

next time kimmi v alicia.

the reward challenge sees colby beat skupin at weight bearing for fishing gear while varner and alicia align and maralyn and tina become friends. jerri and colby flirt a bit the strecther immunity is won by kucha. at tribal jerri reveals that keith and tina are on the bottom of her alliance but maralyn is voted out 5-1-1 with keith voting for mithcell and maralyn voting for jerri.

maralyn was a bit old and just didn’t fit in.

next time more meat for kimmi to avoid from pigs to chickens.

skupin annoys varner by overcooking while ogakor relax. rodgers swimming issues costs kucha blankets at the reward challenge also jumping off a cliff. kel smuggles beef jerky gets in trouble but some are more annoyed at jerri for suggesting they look. kimmi a vegertarian struggles at the food immunity challenge and nearly costs kucha the game until tina can’t eat cow brain and kimmi beats tina in the tie breaker worms. kels untrustworthiness and social outcast csost him the game 7-1 over jerri.

kel just was a social outcast cost him badly.

should vegetarians have to eat meat no and they couldh ave maed the other iteas like a candy bar or apple land for her on it but they didn’t.

next time jerri is conisdered untrustworthy.

16 players arrive in the australian outback split into two tribes they are.

kucha – deb, kimmi, michael skupin, jeff varner, alicia, nick, rodger, elizabeth

ogakor – kel, maralyn, mitchell, jerri,, amber, keith, colby and tina

after a long hike with supplies to camp deeb gets on her tribes nerves with comments about rocks while kimmi cant be quiet and varner is sick. keith and jerri aren’t getting along already. the first challenge is for immuntiy and fire own by ogakor which is quest for fire. the vote is between debb and varner with debb voted out 7-1 over varner.

debb is a weird contestant but not memorable..

heading through the ilex forest the group are nearing a shrine when a man reports a rumor that the evil alliance are going to attack the shrine putting them on alert just as they arrive something appeas and zaori disappears.

“vs bugsy”

zaori battles bugsy for her 2nd badge using tepig to beat spinarak and metapod but his scyther proves to be very tough and beats both tepig and lavitar but cynadaquils experience gets her the badge and is told that goldenrod city is their next stop and find out that mazie wants to see something at the daycare on route 34 so agrees tog o.

next time ilex forest time travel.

Australia will finally recognise palastine long overdue and needed as they are as much a country as any other including Israel. Air India axe Washington dc due to the security issues.

kelly is target number 1 but wins the trivia immunity with richard doing worse. it is a 2-2 tie between rich and sue on gender lines kelly to avoid a tie flips the vote to sue sending her to the jury 2-0. kelly than wins hands on a hard idol immunity her 4th (still the female record to this day but been tied 4 times) partly due to rich deliberately stepping down as he thinks he’ll be taken he is as rudy is voted otu 1-0. richard is the front runner for the jury vote but sues pro rich speech about rats and snakes costs rich two votes appartenly and it is on tribal lines with greg the swing sean also makes an inapproiate comment on his speech gregs pick a number question wins rich the game 4-3 (9 was the answer 7 v 3 were the guesses). the reunion hosted by bryan gumble doesn’t really reveal much at all.

sue is memorable but another unlikebale player she returns for season 8 as does rudy who was impressive for his age and is the oldest player to play once and twice. kelly returns for season 31 and is my favourite this season. richard deserved the win (although i would have voted kelly) and is a great player but season 8 destroys his reputation more on that when we get to that.

kelly is my favourite thi sseason and would have had my vote.

its betweeen sue and gervase for my most disliked id say sue fromt he final speech but it is close.

next time my neck of the woods australia but its the outback with players like varner, tina, jerri, colby amber skupin and kimmi and others.

with only tagi left kelly and sean are in trouble kelly wins night at a bar for getting th emost mud at the reward challeneg as well as the story retaining immunity challenge gurranteeing sean is voted out 4-1 over sue. the reward included the first 5 minutes of the show.

sean is delusional and his alphabet voting strategy isn’t memorable.

kelly and sue aren’t getting along while richard changes his loality a lot sean wins th etrivia reward challenge for a night on a yacht with a loved one (seans dad) despite originally wanting kelly he chooses richard to join him. annoying kelly who is now being targeted but she wins the ballance immunity challenge so colleen the last pagong is voted out 4-2 over sean (kelly the 2nd sean vote).

colleen is liked by the fans but i don”t like her.

next time sean v the alliance.

richard tries to keep calm after getting votes and kelly and sue will turn on him later maybe. gervase has had a child and wins a phone call home with pizza at the ballancing reward challenge richard wins the fire starting immunity challenge with a happy dance. gervase is voted out 5-2 over sean on tribal lines despite pagong trying to get kelly and sean on side.

gervase isn’t likeable in a lot of ways he returns for season 27.

next time allinace turns on kelly.

richards fishing is helping him stay but also he also needs to keep the allinace secret which isn’t fully working. colleen edges kelly for a bbq reward on carribeeneers and chosses jenna to join her they try and get an alliance gervase agrees but don’t get the numbers. rudy wins the immunity challenge due to sean trying to block glenda in the moving around a board not doing duplicate squares. jennas luck runs out 4-3-1 (with kelly voting for sean and sean voting for jenna pagong vote for richard).

jenna is memorable for not getting her letter and talks a lot she returns for season 8 and will be back for 50.

next time good and bad news for gervase.

half the tribe is stunned gretchen was blindsided jenna tries to get a girls alliance and fails while rudy over does the cooking. greg distances himself from colleen and tries to get close to richard. the archery reward challenge for a video from home (which jenna can’t get due to no video from her family) is won by greg. the caribener cause immunity is won by gervase. jenna due to the reward challenge is mising home and the rest of pagong try and blindside her but tagi and jenna send greg to the jury instead 6-3 (sean due to voting alphabetically).

greg is a memorable character and a hard worker and hasn’t come back for another seaosn despite being asked.

next time bbq reward and seans strategy becomes obvious

sean and jenna are selected as ambassadors to pick the merge camp they decide on tagi after lobster and wine for the merge feast. the woman are doing most of the work and the tribe shares stories at night which is interesting the new tribe is rattana. the first round is holding your breath of the individual immunity with greg, sean and supprisngly gervase making the water race round which greg wins ovsean in a close race. pagong and sean vote all over the place with jenna voting for gervase, sean voting for colleen, gervase voting for sue, colleen voting for richard, gretchen voting for rudy, greg votes for jenna. but tagis alliance picks off gretchen so it is 4-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 crazy.

gretchen is one of the more likeable merge boots and is quite likeable but no strategy is costly.

next time the jury starts a weird loved one video.

the tribes are planning for the merge with tagi doing more planning straegy wise. richard goes aronud naked. while gervase makes a comment that is very misagonistci (comparing woman to cows) but joel laughing at it also gets him in trouble. the night reward challenge is grabbing items from a shelter duplicate costs them as tagi grab the knife that belonged to pagong giving the later cnaned food and choclate. joel tries to get pagong to agree to vote together good idea but doesont’ work. tagi bounce back to win the immunity obstacle course form the burrees. the woman and greg send joel home 4-2 (both joel and gervase vote for jenna).

joel just didn’t fit in and again not a h ard worker strength isn’t enough.

don’t think its the level of comment that would disqualify someone gervases comment but it still isn’t acceptable as for richards nakedness there has to be distance and never in challegnes.

next time the merge and craziest vote ever.

pagong feel vulnerbale due to losing while dirk and seans laziness annoys the rest of the tribe especialy sue. the weapon firing reward challenge comes down to joel and sue with joel winning the chickens and fruit for pagong. while greg is very comfortable in the woods. the immunity challenge is rafting to get tribe mates kellys job but she loses not close to gervase giving pagong immunity. dirks laziness costs him the game 4-1-1 (he votes for sue sean votes for rudy).

dirk is someone who was an outcast but if he worke d harder might have survived.

next time misagonism.

after the storm gretchen suggests pagong move their shelter higher and it sesm greg and her are the leaders of the tribe and ramona is starting to work harder. while richard forms the first alliance with kelly, sue and rudy (kelly and sue had been talking about it for a while though). the reward challenge is an sos signal building challenge which is for a spice rack and a hammock among others won by tagi which annoys colleen which she blames on the smily face they made. the immunity challenge is won by tagi in a relay race and despite a good effort it wasn’t close. the younger girls are on the block but ramona is voted out 4-2-1 (with gervase and rmaona voting colleen and greg voting jenna).

i think ramona was playing catch up the whole time so it was obvious she was going soon.

next time rafting guide loses at rafting.

stacy tries to keep the womans alliance but sue doesn’t wnat ot and that clues stacy into her being in trouble. while pagong find a mud volcano literally to help relax. there is a scene about dirks religious belifs. the reward challenge is a swimming race to get a treasure chest out of the water for fishing gear tagi wins due to gervases issues. richard takes over the fishing at tagi doing well for that. pagong are so hungry they eat rats (which isn’t rare on this show). for the immunity challenge they build a stretcher and get the smlalest tribe meber kelly or colleen to the finish line which pagong win. the vote is between stacy and rudy and it is wet on tribal night but the guys and sue send stacy home 5-2. (i will note that after the show there was a law suit filed by stacy about production interference in the vote which while it might have saved the show from being cancelled but it wasn’t a good look influcign the vote to be against stacy either). she is an attorney and it was setled out of court.

stacy is an underrated strategist and did the first survivor alliance (not that it succeeded) she is the first person voted out who is still alive.

production should not intefere in votes is my opinion of the week.

next time ramona recovers but is it too little too late.

stacy thinks rudy voted for her (it was richard) and it is clear after a fishing trip it would be stacy or rudy next. bb is continuning to overwork and is annoyed at joel and ramona for lack of work etthic (gervase doesn’t help much either). richard comes out as gay to his tribe even though hes reluctant to tell rudy there is an unaried reward challenge which joel beats richard in weight baring winning ac loser water hole map. greg leads pagong in a game at night bb continue sto get on his trbis nerves by washing his clothes in the tribe water. bb considers getting his tribe to throw the challenge and vote him out bad idea already and it is a disgusting food immuntiy challenge which gervase has a lot of trouble with the grubs in the first round and so is selected to go against stacy in the tie breaker which he obviously loses. bb and ramona are on the chopping block with bb getting all the other votes but gregs so he is voted out 6-2.

bb passsed away several years ago and just didn’t fit in with the younger members of the tribe and was working too hard to get along.

should being asked to be voted out considered a quit maybe but you don’t always get your wish.

due to survivor 50 being about 6 mounths away i am going to redo my survivor episode write ups with some opinions. i know survivor 49 doesn’t premiere till next mounth but will include it eventually.

the 16 borneo contestants are split into two tribes they are.

pagong – bb, c olleen, gervase, gretchen, jenna, joel, ramona, greg

tagi – dirk, stacy, rudy, sonja, richard, kelly, sean and sue

it starts with a mad scramble for supplies on the boat and than having to row to camp. ramona is already feeling sick on the ride to camp. tagi immiedately argue about how to set up camp with richard just watching the arguing but is trying to bring the team together. rudy is also coming off as bossy but is also knows he needs to integratiate with the young members (he is 72 the oldest to play the game). bb and ramona figure out the water map on pagong but bbs bossiness rubs the tribe the wrong way. sonja is injured but luckily sean is a doctor she also plays the ukeille which richard admires (despite the fact that both richard and sonja are both homosexual). bbs over workethic is hurting the tribe. pagong get fire tagi do not the first immunity challenge is quest for fire for water proof matches as well which is a close race but sonja costs tagi the win by falling in a close race giving pagong immunity. stacy tries to get the first alliance together with the girls rcihard thinks he is in trouble but its between sonja and rudy the older members with richard voting for stacy sue casts the deciidng vote for sonja and she is voted out 4-3-1.

sonja was likeable and passed away this year (2025) she though wasn’t able to overcome injury and age.

“the new excuitive”

the new excutiive revealed to be ross is quite tough and it takes most of their best pokemon to beat his overpowered scizor even fire types struggle. zaori is told thhat bugsy is the gym leader and they agree for mazie to watch the battle.

“meeting maizie and kurt”

the group meet the apricorn creator kurt and his grand daughter mazie who idolises zaori from her success and after seeing her routine they are attacked by the evil alliance who take all the apricorns and the machine but zaori and liko stop them with their pokemon until a new excucitive appears.

enroute to azaela town the group encounter the evil alliance cutting the tails of slowpoke which they are able to stop but yuki is hurt in the process which distracts them for a bit but ends up being ok with help from bugsy the gym leader.

“union cave”

heading for azaela town the group arrive in union cave which after a few battles seems to have the water going up somehow leading to them investigating the cause and finding a pipe being attacked by a scyther which they stop.

to prepare for the flying type gym zaori and the group head to sprout tower which is where they train bellsprout and meet falkner the gym leader who uses the flying type however the evil alliance attack but there plan fails due to lavitars screech and rock type attacks the gym battle is next.

zaori enters the contest in the first round uses phanpy and is able to get through with an intreging routine the battle stage shes her use cynadaquil and verses the defending hoenn top coordinator matius and wins against his torchic.

zaori is told about the violet city and register for the local pokemon contest and is told to give a lecture at the nearby trainer school which she and liko do and a student named anne says that she idolises her and challenges zaori to a battle with her marreep against lavitar and loses and they agree to let her watch the contest.

skye everest and liberty go on a road trip in a special transport visitng yellowbone national park where they meet a penpal of ryder named aspen but they need to rescue some bunnies which they are able to using the mini resuce rides.

on arrival in newbark town the group head for the pokemon center where they are given a parcel and told to take it to the professors lab not realising they are being followed by new bad guys. on arrival they meet professor elm but before the parcel a bunch of grunts with some arbok attack.

a man is showing off his flower creations but mayor humdinger tries to take it but is stopped.

during the easter egg hunt the alien appears wanting to find special eggs but it is hard so the pups help after mayor goodways neice and nephew finds them.
