“the town festival part 2”
as the festival properly begins a weird storm begins in the town an electric storm it seems that it is very strange and than it stops it looks like the castform are being controlled by the hypno out for revenge not realising that ash is boosted as a pikachu with the storm and defeats it. It seems that there are a lot of bad pokemon around and the team is worried and the festival is postponed till the next day pidgeot looks for the cause when it finds a evil persian who indicates that its using pay day to bribe pokemon to be bad but is doing so for someone else pidgeot and ash battle it though and win but persian won’t reveal anything.
