ash and friends arrive in a pretty wealthy neigbbourhood is where they run into snubull a pokemon that is obsessed with biting things its wealthy owner over spoils it but it is not what the pokemon wants. ash and friends defeat team rokcet who try and steal it while the sunbble is attracted to team rockets meowth in a weird way especially its tail. It than follows them we will see it again (spoiler)
