8 teams depart cambodia for the persian gulf city of dubai and the worlds tallest builidng (wihch wasn’t finished in 2009). Mika is scared of heights (and water more on that latter). They all end up on the same flight via bangkok they have to sign up to go to the top in two groups the next clue has a fastfoward which meaghen/cheyne get which is driving a lap of a course in a car in 45 seconds the other teams race out into the desert to a reserve lance/keri get very lost as do mika/cannan. The roadblock is seraching for water in the desert which brian does first and helps a few other teams with it as well as directions. The next clue sends them to the ski dubai (what?) its an indoor ski resort where the detour is either finding a small snowman or building a snowman the later is easier in the heat though as the odds are finding things can be time consuming. Meagen/cheyne win a trip to jamaica lance/keri are eliminated due to a lot of navigational errors.
