the female lugia finally spoke to ash first calling him brother which evne more confused ash until the female said that ash wasn’t acctually human but had to be disguised as human in an attempt to protect their family and had help from a few legendries to make it look like he was always human but when the time was right he would take his true form. ash asks about the dreams the female said it was to remind him and also show their power because it will be needed but didn’t intend to happen so soon but team rocket forced it. Meanwhile on the boat the girl said to pikachu do not worry about anything and that they will find its trainer she admits she is on holiday before she begins her pokemon journey the next day she than said she can understand pokemon speak for reasons that she won’t reveal.
