The next is pueto varas by bus via santiago they are on the same bus to santiago joe/heidi make enermies by helping carol/brandy (the lesbians) cut in line. The cowboys brent/catie and jordan/jeff do a connecting bus strategy with interesting results jody/shannon are on the last direct bus but brent/catie and jordan/jeff miss multple buses because they aren’t told which stop in the connecting city giving the cowboys a good lead. the path hours in petrohue (i think the town was visited in season 11) cut into the cowboys lead the next clue is a weird animal themed detour of either grabbing a clue from a lama or dressing as a condor and than flying to a route marker just off a pier it is not clear what’s easier. Dan/Jordan can’t drive stick the next clue sends them to a farm on the way louie/michael (the detectives) fall to last and run into jordan/jeff who at that stage where quite a bit ahead of them. The roadblock is doing farm chores which can be tricky jody gets hit by a cow but they still lead the detectives leading to a close race to avoid elimination and jody/shannon are eliminated.
