after tribal jason is upset about the outcome and thinks he is next (chet does say to that effect). Meanwhile ozzy tells his core alliance (amanda, parvati and james) about his hidden immunity idol. The tribes are then swapped some are happy (especially eliza also jonathan) and some are upset. Ozzy and natalie get to pick the new tribes. The airai tribe (the old fans tribe) consists of parvati natalie, alexis, james, jason, eliza, kathy and jonathan while malakai (the old favourites tribe) is amanda, cirie, erik, ozzy, ami, tracy, chet and joel. They immediately compete in a physical reward challenge of chasing down members of the other tribe several get injured ami, parvati, chet but most importantly jonathan are all substactionaly injured no exile this week airai win the challenge joel is already fed up with chet (Even though he is the reason he is stll there). the new airai tribe are upset about the camp jonathan is checked by medical but at this stage is clear to still be in the game. erik really likes ozzy joel tries to get ozzy to agree to vote out the weak forgetting tribal lines. amanda catches a shark. Airai win the immunity challenge convicingly. Joel wants to finally get rid of chet but cirie agrees with tracy about voting out joel and tries to get the favourites to agree even ami whose not in the majority favourites alliance pre-switch. In the end joel is voted out 6-2 over chet (erik votes for chet) giving the favourites control of malakai.
