ash and friends register and participate in the preliminary rounds of the whirl cup when they meet a trainer who has a lot of remeraid and wants one to evolve for the tornoument so misty helps with that but it becomes an outcast amoung the remeraid the newly evolved octilery but after a team rocket attack it is all fixed.
