the first clue sends teams to a helicopter port to take a helicopter to the unknown they leave every 5 minutes 915am departure. kent/yvxsin are starting happy but still argue. gary/mallory pass kent/yvxsin on the way to the port. kent/yvxsin want to do better than 5th (their placing season). the globetrotters joke about only having a dollar but also get a cab before kent/yvxsin but still sign up for the last helicopter. the next clue is a detour of either “search” using a avanlanche beacon to grab a dummy. “rescue” requires repelling and than attaching a rescue line to a dummy to move it up from the hill. zev/justin and gary/mallory attempt search all other teams do rescue the search is very hard. zev/justin can’t get the body out while gary/mallory have trouble finding it. teams don’t have too much trouble with the rescue although the goths go a bit far in the hole. the digging of the search detour is hard. the next clue sends them back to zermatt by helicopter and train and to a choclate place. keisha/jen finish 1st with kent/yvxsin just behind. the teams doing search have a lot of trouble so the globetrotters get the clue next. gary/mallory finally get the clue putting zev/justin in last. kent/yvxsin end up catching keisha/jen before the 1108am train with the globetrotters and gary/mallory so all the teams are 25 minutes ahead of zev/justin at least. the clue in zermatt is a roadblock of making a travelocity roaming gnome out of choclate. yvxsin, flight time, mallory and jen take the roadblock for their teams. zev/justin are still on the glacier but finally get the clue. the choclate task is tricky but not too hard and some teams have to do half and than put it in the freezer before they finish it. kent keeps giving useless advise to yvxsin and it annoys some of the teams. zev has to do the roadblock due to having to do it evenly. yvxsin falls behind most teams only ahead of zev but this leads to controversy when flighttime goes to the freezer and thinks somebody took his and accuses yvxsin leading to several teams fighting leading to the teams ganging up on the goths. this leads to kent trying to defend her mallory makes a unnescuary idea and keishas comments don’t help. teams have to let the chocalte set before the clue for half an hour. the goths are sick of the globetrotters annoyingness. unfortunately kent thinks the globtrotters will go down. the next clue sends teams to the pit stop after finishing the gnome yvxsin and flight time are neck and neck in the lead with yvxsin finishing 1st the pitstop is a swiss cabin the last team will be eliminated the clue says on foot. keisha/jen and gary/mallory finish just behind the globetrotters in getting the clue the goths want a taxi which is against the rules the taxis aren’t easy to find but they still get a cab. the climb is tough yvxsin knows somethings up but can’t figure it out. flight time/big easy arrive 1st and win a trip to the cook islands. keisha/jen are 2nd the goths arrive 3rd but get a penalty of 30 minutes which puts them out of the race.
