the final 4 leave scotland for belfast northern island after a train and boat trip. and drive themsselves to a farm. they are all equaled by the transport while max asks what happened in the previous leg at the airport. mona/beth are a little lost as are caroline/jennifer. the next clue is a roadblock of bog snorkeling which involves cannonballing into a bog and than swim it in under four minutes. katie takes the roadblock mona does it to even it out the times are all equal anthony does it and gets it first. the next clue sends them to a thing with a ring. jennifeer is doing the roadblock. katie gets it 2nd. mona 3rd. jennifer in last at this point and fails the first time. max/katie are 1st to get the next clue of a detour “tray it” requires teams to figure out and deliver meals to people at a titanic replica in 5 courses. “spray it” requires teams to fix graffiti art. max/katie choose tray it as does mona/beth now in 2nd and bates/anthony choose the same. caroline/jennifer (the country signers) are quite behind. katie figures they are mising something but it is a confusing clue. jennifer is exhuasted still at the bog snorkleing but gets it eventually keeping them in the race. max/katie are doing well at the detour and have finished 2 courses bates/anthony can’t figure out the clue but get it eventually. caroline/jennifer are having trouble navigating.max/katie are very quick getting it right while the other teams are confused but do make a mistake. mona/beth are confused a bit as well. bates/anthony are closing on the lead caroline/jennifer choose spray it. max/katie are 1st to get the pitstop clue just ahead of bates/anthony (but they make a mistake). the pitstop is ulster hall max/katie get directions and end up coming 1st in a close race with bates/anthony and win a trip to dominican republic. the country singers are still lost and know they are in trouble. as mona/beth have a lot of trouble with the dishes but finally figure it out as the country singers start on the other detour. mona/beth are doing well at it but caroline/jennifer are having trouble at spray painting. mona/beth finish the detour in 3rd and in a close race the country signers are finally elmiinated.

the teams are then sent to a pub in london to find out after being on the same boat. the final city is washington dc and the linclon memorial. but the flight won’t leave till the morning. in dc they grab cabs but can’t go all in the way in one. the next clue sends them to 1100 penivsvania avenue and a photo with obama. bates/atnthony are behind early not that it matters. max/katie are 1st to the place and find out its not really obama its just a photo shoped version despite all te precautions mona/beth are confused getting the address mixed up with the white house itself. the next clue sends them to the tidal basin and find a limo to get a briefcase. mona/beth are behind now. the next task is a switchback roadblock from season 8 searching the tidal basin is the correct spy with the next clue max does it as bates/anthony catch up and start on the roadblock as mona/beth are still behind. bates/anthony are 1st to find the right one with the next thing remember where they finished in legs 3-5 bates was doing it. bates gets it 1st sending them to national stadium (a baseball one). beth takes the roadblock. bates/anthony have a good lead at this point playing a high flying game of catch. beth passes max just though at the tidal basin but they are neck and neck in 2nd. the next clue for bates/anthony sends them to hains point and the next clue. max/katie pass mona/beth earlier. the last task is maping out all the countries they have been to in globes with a good lead to bates/anthony. the other teams aren’t giving up though. its indonesia the only country the guys are having trouble with but no one else turns up before they finish it the finish line is mount vernon. max/katie lead mona/beth for 2nd but the million dollars is mostly already decided. max/katie are 2nd to finish the last task and the race with mona/beth 3rd.
