9 teams depart shamian island for kota kinablu malaysian borneo. and find kionsim waterfall only two flights are avaiable with 6 teams on the first flight. brendon/rachel get stuck in traffic which no other team has that problem and end up just missing the 6th spot on the first flight putting brendon/rachel on the flight with jesisca/john and joey/meaghen. the next clue is a roadblock of repeling down the waterfall with the travelosity roaming gnome. dave is doing the roadblock jamal is doing it. connor is proud of his dad they finish te clue 1st and are sent to a river. cord is doing the roadblock as is luke. cord misses the clue the first time. jennifer and flight time are doing the roadblock. the 2nd flight is just leaving. the next clue is a detour of “river delivery” after building a raft teams must deliver supplies to a village “Run through the jungle’ after building a raft must hit targets down river. dave/connor choose river delivery as is leo/jamal, margie/luke and jet/cord. caroline/jennifer and flight time/big easy choose run through the jungle. dave/connor misread the clue and go past the drop off. leo/jamal find it and are first to deliver they tell the cowboys where to go. dave/connor find the other detour but have to turn back. the 2nd flight has landed now. leo/jamal get passed by the cowboys after getting stuck in rapids. jessica, rachel and joey do the roadblock. joey/meaghen let their cab go before the roadblock which is a mistake as they will find out. dave/connor are 1st to get the pitstop clue a water village with the cowboys and afghanimals just behind. joey/meaghen find out there are no cabs around here if you don’t book. dave/connor win the leg in a footrace and win a trip to budapest. joey/meaghen end up walking to find one after a flashback (that is listed as the wrong season). margie is hurt but they are still 4th. brendon/rachel and jessica/john choose run through the junngle as does joey/meaghen eventually. jessica/john do best of the 2nd flight securing 7th place. brendon/rachel and joey/meaghen have a lto more trouble with the rafts but brendon/rachels time advantage secures them 8th and joey/meaghen are eliminated.
