no lessbian couples though.
there will be a race for tickets to tokyo with two flights only 8 teams get on the first flight. win the first leg you get the express pass and there is a double u-turn on the first leg. teams go through the mud to get tickets. matt/ashley jeff/jackie laura/tyler ay/stve harley/jonathon jeff/lyda bergen/kurt and jaylani/jenny are on the first flight the others are on the 2nd to tokyo. the first stop is tokyo and a shrine and a clue the double u-turn is blind. team are given a selvie camera more on that in the finale as its unusual. hayley/blair have dinner when they find out that harley/jonathan where in new kids on the block. the first flight has a 45 minute lead. most teams take the trains but some teams take taxis from narita. the taxi though is quicker and jaylani/jenny and jeff/jackie are first out the kisei skyliner is better than the narita express somehow. libby/cj get the taxi compared to the other teams behind and hayley/blair are last. the next clue is a detour that jaylani/jenny are 1st to choose “syncing steps” is learning a complicated japanese dance with world order “samurai sake” requries teams to remeber orders of sake and relay it to their partner and it is correct they get the clue. jaylani/jenny choose syncing steps jeff/jackie choose sake and it is the easier detour. jeff/jackie get it quickly pretty much. the world order detour is at shinjuku chou park.matt/ashley are doing the dancing in 3rd. laura/tyler and aly/steve do the same. harley/jonathan do the sake. hayley/blair are a bit lost. jackies brain is not good but get the clue in 1st sending them to wakaba hakashi park for the u-turn. the dancing is quite hard. jeff/lyda and bergen/kurt choose dance mike/rochelle now in9th choose dance as does libby/cj. harley/jonathan get the detour done quickly and are in 2nd getting a cab. libby/cj are already lost finding the park and take the train there. hayley/blair choose dance and are out of last place due to libby/cjs naviagtion. no one can figure out the dance why they don’t switch detours is beyond me. laura/tyler are doing ok at the dance unlike everyone else getting the clue in 3rd (annoying matt). jaylani/jenny get it next in 4th. none of the lead teams (jeff/jackie in 1st) use the u-turn the pitstop is in a parking space in tokyo. how many attempts the dance is taking would be exhausting. ally/steve are next to finish the detour. jaylani/jenny and laura/tyler don’t u-turn having passed harley/jonathan. jeff/jackie lose their lead to jaylani/jenny in the footrace for first (by figuring out its outside). jaylani/jenny win the express pass. it is now dark at the dance and no one is having an easy time. bergen/kurt get it next. harley/jonathan are lost but find the u-turn and don’t use it nor do ally/steve. matt/ashley finally get it after hayley/blair. bergen/kurt don’t u-turn. libby/cj are 9th out of the detour but get lost again. hayley/blair are also lost finding the u-turn. matt/ashley take the subway losing them time. libby/cj are quite lost in the middle of the night jeff/lyda may get the dance but are u-turned by mike/rochelle (who where 2nd to last out of the detour but had jumped to 7th so it wasn’t nesscuary). matt/ashley and hayley/blair don’t u-turn. jeff/lyda take over 4 hours at the dance detour before getting the clue to send them to the u-turn where they waste the u-turn on jeff/jackie (who where 1st to finish the other detour) but have a chance as libby/cj are in no where land finding it. jeff/lyda finish the sake quickly (proving they should have gone there first). libby/cj are quite lost and even asking the same person they asked 10 minutes ago (how crazy) but still finish 10th jeff/lyda are eliminated (not before another mistake).
