review o’rileys lamington national park

this is the main review from the trip the staff where quite nice at check in and booked us in for dinner at a time on the next night. the villa is very nice the wifi has had a big improvement from when i was last there (apart from changing the password half way through). the wenesday night had a great meal at the dining room which was one of the best meals of the trip. the thursday went to the video about the plane crash that made the place famous called “miracle of the mountains”. that night had dinner at the bar and the fish wasn’t better than the outpost cafe. was going to do the glowworms that night but as i was the only one booked changed it to the following night. one of the highlights is the treetop walk which is about a 10 minute walk you can climb to the top but its up to you i didn’t. the friday night we had dinner in the cafe on the mountain (which they use to not offer for dinner) and it was a good meal. that night i did the glowworm tour which is really good and recomended its a decent walk but not too dangeorus. the saturday lunch at the cafe was ok. and left on the sunday after trying the pool which is good when warm. score 8.5/10
