jigglypuff is singing in a forest when it sees a spaceship part approaching with the ship crashing nearby and finding clafairy exiting it. ash and friends arrive in a nearby town having an ice cream break when they spot a clafairy which misty tries to catch immediately but during the process lose their bags after misty goes after it and lose their ice cream as well they decide to report officer jenny and find a lot of people have been robbed in town and a weird scientist thinks its aliens and says he saw the space ship crash the night before which a man reports they go and investigate it when they think they find it team rocket come out and steal pikachu but ash and friends try and get it back but clafairy runs off with it ash and friends go looking for it in the sewer and find them and figure iet out it will use its energy to power the spacecraft. oswald (the scientist) Ash and misty get into the spaceship with team rocket trying to take the spaceship. ash tries to negoiate with the clafairy but doesn’t get anyware so jigglypuff attacks it which leads to a battle that goes a while but jigglypuff wins oswald follows him while ash tries to get pikachu out. clafairy and jigglypuff resume their battle when oswald presses the joystick and breaks it as jigglypuff puts everyone to sleep. the spaceship takes off giving the town back everything that was lost but its out of control ash and friends are able to get to safety as are team rocket using balbasaur to save ash and friends. oswald gets stuck in a weird costume type thing and the clafairy go looknig for more parts in another place. ash and friends are thanked for their effort and leave the town.
next time the last gym badge is in the hands of team rocket can ash win.
