its a moonlit night ash and friends are in a place called happy town looking for a pokemon center to rest which they find with a blissey (the eovlved form of chansey) but the blissey is quite rough and careless. ash and friends don’t get food but the blissey feeds team rocket as its an old friend of jessie’s from when she went to pokemon nurse school which gets it in trouble. so when its found out team rocket decide to help blissey and leads to a battle with ash which doesn’t go well for team rocket deliberately.
next time a kid wants pikachu but gets a bellsprout.
