a dc-9 departs miami for atlanta with no autopilot and after takeoff there is a fire in the cargohold they don’t make it back to miami and 110 people are killed in the crash. due to confusion over the word empty and expired which meant they thought oxygen canisters where empty but infact had only expired and the paper work made valujet transport them.
