mayor humdingers friend and their kids are bored in foggy bottom so they go to the adventure bay carnival but the kids dress up in mayor humdingers humsquatch costume causing problems at the carnival that the pups have to stop which they are able to.

rubble makes friends with a ghost in a dream but it scares the town causing problems for the flounder but it all works in the end.
