16 players arrive in thailand where the oldest players jake and jan will pick the tribes after a getting to know you with the players (who originally thought they’d be split on gender) they are.
chuay guan – jan, brian, clay, helen, ted, ghandia, tanya and john
sook jai – jake, penny, erin, ken, shii ann, robb, stephenie and jed
sook jai is a lot younger than chuay guan. ted thinks it was bad picks by jan. john leads the paddling. tanya is worried about being the youngest. sook jai is split on shelter v food. chuay guan are more unfiied and have a cave as shelter. robb is quite excited with the tribe. tanya is sick already and ends up vomiting they look for te water source but have troulbe finding it. sook jai get water quicker and the shelter is the priority annoying jed putting him on the outs already. jake is leading the tribe. the immunity/reward challenge is part physical part mental with a race around the islands which sook jai win due to ghandia struggling at the puzzle but the challenge is close. a few people are in trouble but john is voted out 6-1-1 over clay (helens vote) and ghandia (johns vote).
