a 747 from amsterdam to tel aviv on a cargo flight when after takeoff two engines fall off leading to them failing the crew fight to get the plane back to amsterdam but on their 2nd attempt lose control and hit a apartment complex killing the crew and at least 40 on the ground th ecause was faulty maitence on the engines saw the no 3 come off and hit the no 4.
