after a failed attack on ash and friends team rocket are mostly down except james and run inot a old friend from team rocket school who is impressed at meowths skills and meowth joins him while jessie decides to focus on her coordinator journey. james hears about a shiny metagross and tries to catch it in an attempt to bring the team back together but it fails but brings the team together.
