16 new players are joined by coach and ozzy with a random draw deciding what tribe coach and ozzy go to.
savaii – ozzy, cocheran, whitney, dawn, jim, keith, elyse, papa bear and semhar
upolu – coach, sophie, albert, rick, brandon, edna, mikayla, christine and stacy.
brandon is russells nephew and is out to redem the family name and won’t tell the tribe his sceret. mikayla is excited about the returnees. christine says they are temoporary players. redemption island is back in play. ozzy beats coach in the reward challenge getting puzzle pieces and than transfering it winning flint and food with his tribes help. coach is almost immediatley isolated from the tribe who don’t help him except edna. ozzy is quite excited about the situation and thinks they have the advantage. cocheran struggles already with the social game and the conditions. dawn is already emotional. coach apologises for losing the challenge we find out albert is also a sort of coach. coach, sophie, albert, rick and brandon form an alliance on the first night to go to the final 5. christine and stacy look for the idol immediately but don’t find it. papa bear reveals he is gay. brandon is worried about mikaylas flirting skills. cocheran thinks his social game will save him big risk. the first immunity challenge is getting coconuts and than launching them into a basket upolu win by one coconut literally as sehmar is exhausted and wants to switch out but can’t. jim wants semhar out but some of the tribe want cocheran out as the other weak link. in the end semhar is voted out 8-1 over cocheran which will be the wrong move later.
