after dominating the last 4 years penrith are going for their 3rd straight title stanindg in their way is brisbane who at the start of penriths dominance were on the bottom of the ladder amazingly they have split their fixtures this year with the away team winning both but penrith won their match easier both are in good form. brisbane are in their first grand since 2015 so that could be a difference penrith i think have the edge but not by much.
