ash and goh arrive in sinnoh and run into a piplup and some tentacool and on arrival in the cold and enter a iceberg race but team rocket also are in the area. there is also a rivaliry between piplup and croagunk which annoys their trainer during the race between pokemon. and they stop team rocket.
