dialga and palkia are fighting for some reason. dawn finds her piplup asleep which annoys her. ash goh and chloe head to sinnoh to investigate something and find dawn and see a weird light and figure something is weird with pokemon forgetting moves. cynthia also explains a bit about it inclduing arceus role. and are sent to a weird world.
