4 teams depart borneo after stopping briefly at a buddhist temple flew to seoul south korea via insgapore with jon/al and david/jeff sneaking on an earlier arriving flight via hong kong after almost not getting on due to only being on stand by. the first stop is seoul tower where taxis don’t speak english making things complicated. and the next stop is sundam valley near the border of north korea.jon/al and david/jeff share a cab and fall behind due to language barrier and nearly enter the dmz (luckily don’t). raichen/chip who were last to the tower are 1st to the valley roadblock but are all close it is a swimming in freezing water task. the next stop is seoul university subway stop with jon/al and david/jeff seperating while kelly/jon argue on the subway route. the detour is “strong hands” is using tai kwon do to break wood or “strong stomach’ eating live octopus. only raichen/chip succeed at octopus the others do the tai kwon do with kelly injuring her hand but she and jon still win the leg against the odds. david/jeff are last but spared.
