18 new players arrive in fiji split into three tribes
tika – bruce, helen, sarah, carson, carolyn and yam yam
soka – frannie, danny, heidi, josh, matt, claire
ratu – maddy, matthew, kane, brandon, jamie, lauren
the first reward challenge is quite hard with both a puzzle and getting rings winning hte weinners camp supplies. bruce is hurt early in the challenge and they call medical but is originalyl cleared to stay in the game. soka wins the reward and the others have to earn their supplies with tika blowing a big lead for 2nd place with ratu coming 2nd as carrolyn struggles. bruce continues to struggle and is pulled from the game due to his injury he will play again next season though. yam yam starts fire quickly and tika bond fast despite bruce leaving. sarah gets the inheritance advantage for those played at tribal council. matt loses his vote. the water and puzzle immunity challenge is lost by ratu as brandon is hurt but is allowed to continue and is the target with maddy leading the cause but the idol is a worry. jamie plays her shot in the dark and is safe as does matthew with jamie being the first to be safe from it not that she needs it as the vote is against brandon who plays an idol to send maddy home with two votes negated in the earliest ever successful idol play beating the record of day 11 many times.
