a pen air flight crashes on landing in dutch harbour alaska on a saab 2000 on runway 13. there are injuries and deaths. only 1 person though dies. the pilot says he was hit by an updraft just before landing and does a go around at one point and the captain was also emotional but the weather did not cause the accident at all. they find only one wheel skided on landing which had a bald spot and consider the breaks and the weight but they were under weight. they tlak to the conmtroller about the weather updates. the wires were not given wire numbers which has some sucpicions and figure out that the cross wiring cost the breaks power and could not have landed safely due to it and the winds meant they had no chance as they had a tail wind.
