colgan air flight 9466 is in a dive and is in a serious trouble on a good weather day on a beech 1900 on a flight to albany new york. the controls suddenly have troubel and get out of trouble with down pitch causing problems and try and fix the problem with resetting the circuit breakers which doesn’t work but crash the plane in the sea killing the crew (there were no passengers). the worry is its just after a air midwest crash caused by a heavy plane of the same type but its not the weight is within limits despite the center of gravity been near but not over limit. maitence was likely the cause as it had damaged actuators and the pilots actions are also looked at including a runaway trim and confuison over pressing the breakers but there was no fdr data. they figure it was filed maitence procedures caused it.
