a flight tries to take off with 3 engines but the carog plne fails to get far off the ground. air transport international flight 782 has been cancelled due to engine failure and need to take it somewhere to fix it and only allowed to be done by experienced crews operating a dc-8 bound for chickaepea masatuetous where there is a curfew at 11pm meaning it will be tough and need a direct route but before they get the chance they crash on takeoff. after an aborted takeoff and after reivistn gthe procedure as they can’t turn well there are no surivvors and find an engine issue would make things worse but that didn’t happen. but the rudder system is sucpicious and the procedure is wrong which was from a bad simulator training but the mistake was figured out but the captain doesn’t acknowledge it. and figure the lack of experience was a cause.
