after a rescue in a junk yard in adventure city inclduing liberty and ryder asks what happened and finds out the people were locked up due to a magnet. meanwhile adventure city is getting ready for another meteor and the pups are introduced to what are known as the junior patrollers who are going to watch the meteor shower. Liberty is concerned about there height but skye says not to worry. when the meteor hits the town there is not much damage. a evil scientist wants the meteor and teams up with mayor humdinger to get it. skye is feelin down about being small but touches the meteor with the other pups also getting powers. the scientist and mayor humdiger escape prison a disgusting way. libertyy is asked to look after the junior patrollers to train them. humdinger and the scientists plan invovles taking a plane looking like its going to crash so skye will have to rescue it and than steal her cyrstal skye than barely is able to stop a disaster with the plane but she is still feeling discouraged. ryder ends the junior patroller program due to the danger. skye risks everything to get it back but it backfires and the other pups lose their powers temporarily. we find out the origin of ryders saying no jobs too big no pups to small is to encourage skye due to her height the junior patrollers also help stup humdinger as the pups try and rescue skye. liberty who is has trouble knowing what her powers are finds out she can stretch and it all ends well.
overall a good movie with a great message but not perfect. 9/10
