ash and friends are fishing when they encounter a todotile with ash and misty both trying to catch it and end up battling over it after both throwing a lure ball at the same time. team rocket aren’t interested in it initally but change their mind multiple times. ash battles misty for it with pikachu lsoin to togepi but chikorita beating staryu meaning its bulbasaur v poliwag ash gets a good lead and despite poliwag evolving into poliwhirl bulbasaur wins with solarbeam and after stopping teamrocket ash gets todotile.
