lyra enters the vermilion contest and meets a girl named arla who becomes a rival after poliwag won lyra the first round. with serena and ash’s help lyra gets confidence going into the final battle against arla with eevee versing maganamite it takes some good strategy for lyra to win arla than says your quite good and recongises as a rival.
