starting something new for the blog that i have beeen considering for a while and that is talking about the weekends catholic church gospel and what i take away from it yes i am a catholic but not an extreme one and proud of my faith and a regular church goer but haven’t done this before though.
mark 10 17;30 was this sundays gospel and has a great message about following jesus and helping others is more important than your wealth in the eyes of god and while you should always obey the commadments you also need to be charitable and kind to your fellow human being and that is the message jesus is trying to deliver in this story and its a great message that your faith is important. but also that you can be well off on earth and that doesn’t get you anywhere with god there are other gospel stories with a similar message as well but its important to know.
