john 18 33-37
this goes back to just before jesuses passion when he is being trialed by pilate and is asked if he is king of the jews he replies and how he explains about the kingdom of god is different to the kingdom on earth which refers to some differences between earth and heaven which is true and at the end of our live we will hopefully end up in the kingdom of god heaven.
next week we start advent which is the lead up to christmass but is still important in the church.
