a 747 approaches guam with a tired crew which is not an easy approach with safety equipemtn disabled on purpose and they can’t see the runway after a turbulant flight they crash 5kms short of the runway only 26 survive of about 300 the death toll was made worse by a fire caused by duty free alcohol and seat design. the cause of the crash was tired and confused crew and lack of safety equipemnt at the airport lead to a lack of warning they were too low.
