a young girl named charilo whose only 5 doesn’t remember anyting till she was about 3 one day when her parents are out she goes looking for her baby pictures and finds a weird book with her name and another name arilla lifetime pictures the first half confuses her as its pictures of her mum with a young female deer the 2nd half only starts around her 3rd birthday and is her she then finds a notebook with information about her which is mostly early on deer observations before theres a bit about her she is confused when the snow stops she goes outside and decides to watch some deer which start to notice her her best friend joins them. they decide on instinct to get closer but slowly suddenly the female adult deers storm towards them but instead of hurting the girls they lick them this confuses them but as it happened memories trigger in charilo and realises she was born a female doe and her human parents changed her to save her life for a 2 year cancer that has now recovered she and her friend suddenly realise they have turned into deer and her friend had the same experience growing up they smile and join the herd leaving their human life behind.
