this has little to do with the christmas story directly instead of saying how jesus was born its more about the origin of things and even mentions john the baptist more than jesus but it does talk about how important the grace of the lord is and how he is the closest jesus is to people on earth seeing god. this gospel interestingly is my dads favourite but it is a tough one to understand have a merry christmas there will still be the usual gospel reflection on sunday for the feast of the holy family
