air crash series 25 ep 7 deadly climb

midwest express 105 crashes on takeoff from milwake killing all on board on a dc-9 with extra fuel. due to storms at their destination the suspect is the right engine due ot a common problem whih was already damaged and had come off in flight probably due to the distance but the investigation determines the main cause the fdr is also useleess due to limited instruments and the cause was the pilots not handeling the right engine problem correctly with the pilots (both of which are captains) not bieng that experienced on dc-9 and the cvr proved the crash was fast and the pilots couldn’t handle the problem.
