a air tahoma flight crashes into a golf course killing all but the captaindue to engine flame out despite adiquete fuel on a convair 580 on approach the cause was liikely pilt error involving the crossfeed valves unevening the amount of fuel in the engines which was due to the pilot not knowing how to do fuel measurments and this with levaing the crossfeed valves open for 29 minutes which lead to imballance in the fuel and a wrong use with the fuel valve lead to the engine failing.
this is the last regular ep of series 25 there is a specila episode which is a do over of the la ground collision of 1991 (serie 9 ep 4) so if its released and i find it i will cover it.
