5 teams depart abu dhaib uae for bundung indonesia and the ram arena where there next clue is. the flights all even the teams via bangkok and singapore. leo/jamal oversleep during the pitstop. ally/ashley are not last at this point which is unusal. the next clue asks them to pick up two rams and deliver them to a festival. the next clue sends them by train to the bundung platform. nicole/travis ally/ashley and leo/jamal are on the first train. leaving jason/amy and tim/marie behind by an hour. the next clue is the detour of “for the elephants” pick up food for the elephants and than deliver them to a zoo which can be tricky. “for the birds” requires teams to pick up food for the birds and than encourage them to sing. nicole/travis choose the birds the others choose the elephants. ally/ashley have to get the trollies but miss a step as leo/jamal figure it out. while nicole/travis do well at te bird task. while the trailing teams are demoralised. ally/ashley are at the wrong place completly and figure it out that they need to go to the market. leo/jamal do well at the task. but its nicole/travis who are 1st out of the detour sending them to a weird place name for the next clue. the girls are really lost as leo/jamal finish the detour. both trailing teams choose the elephants. ally/ashley are having their first major argument of the race. the next clue is a roadblock of assembling a weird music instrument nicole takes the roadblock in the lead. nicole has trouble making it. jason has a good idea at the detour that helps them time wise. marie and tim work a bit better together. leo takes the roadblock and is much faster than nicole at the task and enjoys it. ally/ashley have to get the sugar canes. jason/amy are much faster though despite dropping a watermelon and tim/marie also have trouble carrying things. jason/amy are 3rd to finish the detour ahead of tim/marie but not by much. ally/ashley are now back in last. leo is wrong but is closer than nicole. amy takes the roadblcok as does tim. nicole is having problems still as leo gets it right putting him in the lead sending them to an observatory and than he decides to destroy it so no one can see it while nicole tries to cheat on it (they are only allowed one team in at a time). somehow tim gets it 2nd after trialing most of the day. leo/jamal win the leg just ahead of tim/marie and win 7500 dollars each. amy gets it next and tries to help nicole at the roadblock to keep them in the race as the girls turn up. nicole gets it and travis is embarrased. the girls don’t catch up and are eliminated.
