at the professors lab he asks sophie what starter she wants she says torchic as she always wished for one he gets her that. after a conversation sophie reveals she wants to be a coordinator which leads to a slight rivaliry with lyra who is considering weather to continue as a coordinator. Sophie than takes the group to her home and then sees a wishing necklace she says she is friends with a rare shiny jirachi who shows itself only because she can tell that lyra is a lugia and the same aura from ash and lika of a legendry. She then heads off on her jounrey seperately to likas group. lika is than called back to the lab to deliver a parcel to odale town
