10 teams depart songwe village for the local museum the lead teams go two hours out of town before realising it is only 100 yards away pat/brenda go for the fast forward which is white water rafting on the zambezi river sending them to paris in 1st. the museum clue is the detour of “near’ finding 3 hard to find animals well not too hard or “Far” phtograph an elephant in botswana they all do near. the photos are delivered to the chief in mukini village which sends teams to the eifel tower in paris the flight booking is difficult and anmie and lesslie get into a big fight which continues in paris when leslie steals the taxi that anmie was in not that it helps. an early alliance between joe/bill rob/brennan and frank/margarita splits with joe/bill going their own way the other two stay aligned a little bit. the roadblock is climbing the eifel tower and looking for a mounment the arc de triumphe which isn’t too hard if you know what it is (only one member can do a roadblock) lenny thinks its notre damme based on no information wasting time and destroying his relationship with karyn. paul nearly quits but keeps going dave/mageretta missdo the roadblock and get a penalty but a money dispute sends kim/lesslie home.
